Customer Care Policy

At Pretty Prestige, every unit is carefully customized and prepared to ensure a polished, ready-to-wear experience.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Processing & Shipping

All orders are treated as pre-orders unless otherwise stated.

Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for processing and customization
- 2-3 business days for shipping once your order has been dispatched

Processing times may increase during launches, holidays, promotional periods, or high order volume.

Once an order has shipped, Pretty Prestige is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. All orders will be required to provide proper identification upon receipt of product. 

Wig Sizing & Measurements

Customers are responsible for selecting accurate cap size before purchasing.

Please review all sizing information carefully prior to placing your order. Proper measurements are essential to achieving the most seamless and secure fit.

If you are unsure of your measurements, we strongly recommend measuring multiple times before checkout. Please send an email if you have any further questions.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the customized and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Pretty Prestige does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Improper Fit Accommodations

Accommodations will only be considered in the event of improper fit caused by sizing concerns.

If approved, the original unit will require reconstruction. A new wig construction fee of $150 will apply, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and service fees associated with returning the product. 

Pretty Prestige is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate customer measurements.

Product Care

To maintain the quality, longevity, and appearance of your unit, proper maintenance is required.

Each order includes access to a customer-exclusive care and styling guide designed to help maintain your unit beyond the first wear.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all Pretty Prestige policies, processing times, and sizing requirements.
